Details of the Job/Internship

Stature Group is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Bengaluru. The role involves studying and analysing property documents, drafting legal opinions, preparing affidavits and other legal documents, and supporting the legal team in day-to-day operations. The candidate should maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while assisting with research on property laws and compliance matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Study and analyse property documents.
• Draft legal opinions, affidavits, and other legal documents.
• Support the legal team in daily operations.
• Conduct research on property laws and compliance matters.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Eligibility

• Fluency in Kannada and English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in real estate legal matters is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
