STL Digital is hiring a Legal Associate for a full-time legal role in Aurangabad that focuses purely on legal responsibilities and excludes secretarial work.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide strong contracting and legal support to business and procurement teams.
- Structure, prepare, and negotiate contracts.
- Draft contract templates for all business lines.
- Collaborate with international sales teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia for RFPs/RFQs.
- Provide legal advice and support to departments like HR, finance, IT, admin, and real estate.
- Conduct evaluations and due diligence for deals and implement risk-mitigation strategies.
- Manage customer contracts and ensure legal compliance and enforcement.
- Monitor evolving legal and statutory regulations and advise relevant teams.
- Ensure compliance with laws, consents, regulations, company policies, and corporate governance standards.
Eligibility
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to draft and close commercial agreements independently and efficiently.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work effectively with business teams and senior management.
- Proactive with excellent research and analytical skills.
- Should be updated with all applicable statutes and laws.
- Preferably from a corporate or industry background.
