Details of the Job/Internship

Strata Capital is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assistance in drafting, reviewing of Commercial Contracts
• Assistance with title due diligence in jurisdictions pan India.
• Contract Management.
• Working with external counsel and business teams to understand and create product structures.
• Contributing towards knowledge management through research and presentation on relevant
• structures and regulations in the financial products space.
• Reporting of regulatory and legal developments to managers on a regular basis. 

Eligibility

A lawyer with a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience with leading Financial Institutions or law firm experience with some exposure in financial transaction work.
