Details of the Job/Internship

Strategic Business Alliance Pty Ltd is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of up to 2 years to join their office in Kolkata. The role involves international legal drafting, contract review, and conveyancing support within a Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts including conveyancing documentation.
• Provide legal support within an LPO environment to clients primarily in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
• Use client-specific legal practice management software effectively.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Up to 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong understanding of common law and international legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools.
• Experience with Australian clients preferred.

Salary/Stipend
