Details of the Job/Internship

StratJuris Law Partners in Pune is currently seeking a qualified Legal Associate to join their dynamic team.

Location: Baner, Pune

Role and Responsibilities

•  Handling litigation matters in Courts and Tribunals, including drafting/reviewing pleadings, filing procedures, doing research on case laws and other relevant issues
•  Attending meetings with Clients and resolving their queries, briefing senior counsel and attending conferences;
•  Appearing in Courts and coordinating with senior counsel etc.
•  Drafting/ reviewing/finalizing various agreements and contracts, related to employment, day to day commercial activities of clients, e.g.
•  Agreement with vendors/ customers/ service provider,
•  Master Service Agreements for procurement of industrial products/ manufacture & supply of industrial products;
•  MSA for technology development / technologies licensing;

Eligibility

• 1-3 years of relevant experience required
• LLB/LLM candidates can apply.
