Details of the Job/Internship
SUO Law Offices is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 0–3 years to join their Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in corporate and commercial litigation matters.
- Supporting arbitration proceedings and dispute resolution processes.
- Handling matters related to international business law and regulatory compliance.
- Drafting pleadings, applications, contracts, and legal documents.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategy.
- Collaborating with senior lawyers and team members on ongoing matters.
- Managing multiple assignments and meeting strict deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- 0–3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate litigation, arbitration, or commercial practice.
- Strong drafting skills and understanding of corporate law, arbitration law, and commercial regulations.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and professionalism.
