Details of the Job/Internship

Suresh & Co. is seeking a Legal Associate with 2–4 years of experience in Trademark law and Intellectual Property to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage daily correspondences and firm communications.
• Draft and prepare documentation for Trade Mark prosecution and litigation.
• Attend show cause hearings as required.
• Provide advisory support on intellectual property matters with a strong focus on statutory compliance.
• Ensure timely filings, procedural responses, and adherence to statutory deadlines.
• Undertake miscellaneous legal and administrative tasks to support firm operations.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized institution (LL.M. in IP Law is an advantage).
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Trade Mark law.
• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with IP litigation and registry processes.
• Strong professional communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
