Details of the Job/Internship

Swish is hiring a Legal Associate – Real Estate & Commercial with experience of 4–6 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting due diligence for new sites by reviewing property documents, verifying ownership, title chain, and land use.
• Drafting LOIs and lease agreements and incorporating due diligence findings into legal safeguards.
• Drafting and reviewing vendor, aggregator, SaaS, and service contracts.
• Applying for and tracking licenses such as FSSAI, Shops and Establishment, Trade License, and Fire NOC.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.

Eligibility

• 4–6 years of experience in real estate, retail, or QSR legal.
• Hands-on experience in due diligence and contract drafting.
• Comfortable with occasional travel as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
• Experience supporting multi-site expansion is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
