Details of the Job/Internship

TAC Security is hiring a Legal Associate with around 1 year of experience to join their office in Mohali district.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating corporate and commercial contracts including NDAs, MoUs, vendor agreements, and service contracts.
• Support in filing and tracking trademark and copyright applications, managing renewals and oppositions, and coordinating with IP attorneys in India and abroad.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
• Review privacy policies and maintain legal documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR policy documents.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws and HR-related legal matters.

Eligibility

• Around 1 year of experience.
• Exposure to contract drafting.
• Basic knowledge of IPR filings.
• Understanding of data privacy laws including GDPR, IT Act, and DPDP Act.
• Familiarity with Indian labour law compliance.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
