TALENT DISCOVERI CONSULTING INDIA PVT LTD is hiring Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the concepts of alternative dispute resolution ('ADR') and ODR.
- Research on ADR and ODR and stay updated with latest trends and court rulings.
- Administer disputes on Presolv360's ODR platform.
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to parties in the dispute resolution process.
- Manage dispute communication and assist in case management.
- Provide task support to and co-ordinate with neutrals.
- Handle the neutral empanelment process.
- Manage judicial requisitions and correspondence.
- Locate and define process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate, troubleshoot, and work with other teams to solve challenges.
- Ideate and innovate to catalyze the revolution of dispute resolution in India and beyond.
