Details of the Job/Internship

Talwar Advocates is hiring a Legal Associate with 2 years of post-qualification experience to join its Technology & Agreements team at its Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, NDAs, and IP-related agreements.
• Support trademark, copyright, and patent prosecution processes.
• Conduct legal research on Intellectual Property and Commercial Law issues.
• Interact with clients and assist in legal advisory services.
• Contribute to business development and client outreach initiatives.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of PQE in Intellectual Property and/or Commercial Law.
• Experience in contract drafting, IP filings, and client communication.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
• Exposure to technology law and startups is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
