Details of the Job/Internship

Talwar Advocates is hiring a Legal Associate with 2 years of PQE to join their Technology & Agreements team in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, NDAs, and IP-related agreements.
• Support trademark, copyright, and patent prosecution processes.
• Conduct legal research on IP and commercial law issues.
• Interact with clients and assist in providing legal advisory services.
• Support business development and client outreach initiatives.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of PQE in IP and/or commercial law.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Experience in IP filings and client communication.
• Strong legal research, analytical skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
• Preferred: Exposure to technology law, startup advisory, and business development.

Salary/Stipend
