Details of the Job/Internship

Talwar Advocates is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 2 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts (NDAs, licensing, technology agreements, etc.).
• Support trademark, copyright, and patent prosecution.
• Conduct legal research on IP and commercial law matters.
• Advise and engage with clients on ongoing projects.
• Assist in business development and client outreach initiatives.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years PQE in IP and/or commercial law.
• Strong contract drafting and review experience.
• Hands-on exposure to IP filings and client communications.
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
