Details of the Job/Internship

Taxortium Consultants LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join their litigation team in Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Manage cases, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients.
• Follow the reporting schedule from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Eligibility

• Enrolled with the State Bar Council.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Hands-on experience in Delhi District Courts and Gurgaon District Court.
• Ability to commute to all district courts and the office in Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, attentive and observant.
• Tech-friendly with working knowledge of the E-filing Portal, legal research platforms, and E-Courts.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
