Details of the Job/Internship

Team Counsel is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Online. The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, providing advisory support to clients, and assisting in developing strategic legal solutions. The role also involves working closely with the leadership team to manage client relationships and contribute to the firm’s growth. The first month (assessment period) will be remote to evaluate performance and compatibility with the team. Upon successful completion of the assessment period, the candidate will be required to work from or relocate to Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents.
• Conduct legal research.
• Provide advisory support to clients.
• Assist in the development of strategic legal solutions.
• Work with the leadership team to manage client relationships.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth.

Eligibility

• Recent graduate (Class of 2025) from a 5-year or 3-year law program.
• Strong background in corporate law, commercial contracts, and legal consulting.
• Excellent drafting and legal document preparation skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing deadlines.
• Professionalism, commitment, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Prior exposure to the startup ecosystem will be an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
