Details of the Job/Internship
Team Counsel is hiring a Legal Associate with immediate availability to join their remote team. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, providing advisory support, and assisting in the development of strategic legal solutions. The position includes close collaboration with leadership to manage client relationships and contribute to firm growth. The first month will serve as an assessment period to evaluate performance and compatibility..
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents and commercial contracts.
- Conduct legal research and provide advisory support to clients.
- Assist in developing strategic legal solutions for startups and investors.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage client relationships.
- Contribute to the firm’s overall growth and operations.
Eligibility
- Recent graduate (Class of 2025) from a 3-year or 5-year law program.
- Strong foundation in corporate law, commercial contracts, and legal consulting.
- Excellent drafting and document preparation skills.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professionalism, commitment, and problem-solving mindset.
- Prior exposure to the startup ecosystem is an added advantage.
