Techno Global Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Associate with 3-4 years of experience to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents including contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries and analyses.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documentation.
- Assist in preparing for meetings, hearings, and trials.
- Communicate with clients and legal professionals.
- Manage legal team schedules and deadlines.
- Stay informed on relevant laws and legal trends.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing and data entry.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience with reputed law firms handling relevant industry cases.
- Thorough understanding of the construction industry.
- Practical experience in Litigation, Arbitration, and NCLT matters.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
