Details of the Job/Internship
The Emphasis Law Office (TELO) is hiring a Legal Associate to join its litigation practice in Delhi NCR.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents including plaints, written statements, replications, applications, replies, rejoinders, notices, agreements, affidavits, appeals, and petitions.
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
- Appear before District Courts, High Courts, tribunals, and commissions.
- Prepare case briefs and assist in formulating arguments.
- Manage case files, hearing dates, and litigation records.
- Coordinate with clients during conferences and proceedings.
- Support senior advocates during hearings and trials.
- Track procedural compliances and limitation periods.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a three-year or five-year course.
- Enrollment with the Bar Council is mandatory.
- Minimum experience is preferred, but strong skills and drafting ability will be prioritized.
- Exceptional freshers with strong competencies may apply.
Salary/Stipend
₹18,000–₹30,000 per month.
