Details of the Job/Internship
The Lawgical Professionals is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Kolkata.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs.
- Analyse legal issues and provide legal advice to clients.
- Represent clients in legal matters.
- Coordinate with clients and other professionals to ensure successful case outcomes.
- Maintain client relationships while upholding the firm’s standards of precision and integrity.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- Bar admission and licence to practise law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of law and ability to handle diverse legal issues.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior courtroom and legal consulting experience is an added advantage.
