The office of Mr. Kumar is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with experience of 2-5 years to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling high-stakes commercial and other disputes.
- Capacity to handle big drafts and pleadings needed in heavy commercial and civil disputes including arbitration matters.
- Ability to think and make decisions independently.
- The applicant will be given varied experience in drafting, client handling, researching, and court appearances to develop her/ his skills.
- The experience of the applicant must be primarily in the civil litigation area.
- The applicants should have good communication skills (both oral and written).
Eligibility
Applicant must have prior litigation experience of 2-5 years.
