Details of the Job/Internship
The Young Jurist (TYJ) is hiring a Legal Associate with 2 to 3 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Practice Areas: Litigation, Corporate & Commercial Law.
- Exposure to complex litigation and corporate legal matters.

Role and Responsibilities
- Handling litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, petitions, and court filings.
- Representing clients in various forums, including courts and tribunals.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advising clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal risks.
- Coordination with local counsels PAN India.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies.
Eligibility
- Experience: 2-3 years.
- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- Experience in litigation and corporate & commercial law.
- Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
Salary/Stipend
