Details of the Job/Internship

TheAttorneys is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2–5 years to join its Delhi office. The role involves working on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, general corporate advisory, and contract-related matters in a fast-paced transactional practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Handle general corporate advisory matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare transaction documentation.
• Support end-to-end deal execution.

Eligibility

• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in M&A, private equity, general corporate advisory, and contracts.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Prior exposure to end-to-end deal execution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Keen interest in high-value and cross-border transactions.

Salary/Stipend
