Details of the Job/Internship
Thriwe is hiring a Legal Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Saket, Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, Vendor Agreements, Licensing Agreements, and Service Contracts.
- Provide support on contract-related matters such as risk analysis and interpretation.
- Develop and maintain standard templates and contract management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support contract lifecycle management.
- Advise on corporate governance, company law, and labour law matters.
- Manage disputes and liaise with external counsel when necessary.
- Stay updated on changes in contract law and corporate practices.
- Maintain the legal tracker and repository for accurate documentation and stakeholder access.
Eligibility
- Law degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract law, preferably in-house or with a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, drafting, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
