Details of the Job/Internship

TitleWize is hiring a Legal Associate – Property Due Diligence with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft accurate and well-structured due diligence reports.
• Review, interpret, and analyse property-related documents.
• Stay updated on relevant property laws and regulations.
• Support legal research and contribute to internal knowledge-building.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve platform queries.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of experience in property due diligence, preferably in Karnataka.
• Strong reading and writing skills in Kannada and English (preferred).
• Good understanding of property laws and land records.
• Excellent drafting and research abilities.
• LL.B. degree is mandatory.
• Prior experience preparing due diligence reports for homebuyers, banks, or developers is an advantage.
