TitleWize is hiring a Legal Associate - Property Due Diligence with 1-4 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role requires expertise in conducting property due diligence in the Karnataka region, with a focus on leveraging AI technology for legal services.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence for real estate properties using the AI platform.
- Draft clear and accurate due diligence reports and legal opinions for diverse clients.
- Collaborate with tech teams on platform-related queries and provide legal guidance.
- Contribute to the platform’s legal knowledge base.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in Karnataka.
- Read, interpret, and analyze property documents in Kannada and English.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is mandatory.
- 1-4 years of post-qualification experience in property due diligence in Karnataka.
- High proficiency in reading and writing Kannada, with the ability to interpret Kannada property documents.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, land records, and registration procedures in Karnataka.
- Strong interest in technology and willingness to work with AI-powered platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Experience in preparing due diligence reports for financial institutions, developers, and leasing transactions is an added advantage.
