Details of the Job/Internship

TitleWize is hiring 2 Legal Associates with 1–4 years of experience in property due diligence to join its Bengaluru office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed property due diligence for clients, including financial institutions, developers, and homebuyers.
• Review land records and verify compliance with real estate laws.
• Draft comprehensive due diligence reports.
• Assist in legal analysis for property acquisition, leasing, and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with acquisition and legal teams to support informed decision-making.

Eligibility

• 1–4 years of post-qualification experience in property due diligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of real estate and property laws.
• Experience in drafting due diligence reports is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and methodical work approach.

Salary/Stipend
