Details of the Job/Internship
TLC Law is hiring a Legal Associate to join its office in Singapore. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, case management, and analysis of complex legal issues. The role also includes working closely with clients, providing strategic advice, representing clients in dispute resolution or litigation processes, collaborating with other legal professionals, and maintaining detailed documentation and records.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Handling case management.
- Analysing complex legal issues.
- Working closely with clients and providing strategic advice.
- Representing clients in dispute resolution or litigation processes.
- Collaborating with other legal professionals.
- Maintaining detailed documentation and records.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) recognised in Singapore.
- Must be called and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore.
- Proficiency in legal research, legal document preparation, and handling legal issues.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in litigation, corporate restructuring, or advisory matters is preferred.
