Details of the Job/Internship
TLJ Law Offices is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Connaught Place, New Delhi. The role involves legal research, drafting documents, attending court hearings, supporting case preparation, and assisting in client management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research on civil and commercial law, arbitration, taxation, and criminal matters.
- Assist in drafting pleadings, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Attend court hearings and tribunals under guidance of senior associates and partners.
- Support in preparing briefs, case files, and ensuring compliance with court procedures and timelines.
- Assist in managing client relationships by providing timely updates and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with the team in formulating case strategies, reviewing evidence, and suggesting legal tactics.
Eligibility
- Qualification: BALLB, BBALLB, or LLB.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
- Strong knowledge of Civil and Commercial Laws, Arbitration, Taxation, and Criminal Laws.
- Ability to conduct detailed legal research and draft accurate legal documents.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with court procedures, legal protocols, and client management.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic legal environment.
