TLJ Law Offices is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research across various domains including civil and commercial law, arbitration, taxation, and criminal law.
- Drafting & Documentation: Assist in drafting pleadings, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documentation.
- Court Appearances: Attend court proceedings and tribunal hearings under the supervision of senior associates, and assist in case preparation.
- Client Communication: Support client interactions by providing updates, addressing queries, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Case Preparation: Assist in preparing briefs, compiling case files, and ensuring procedural compliance.
- Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of case strategies through evidence analysis and legal insights.
Eligibility
- Solid understanding of Civil, Commercial, Arbitration, Taxation, and Criminal Laws.
- Strong research and legal drafting abilities.
- Effective communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with court protocols and legal processes.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple assignments.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
- Qualification: BALLB, BBALLB, or LLB.
- Experience: 0–2 Years.
- Enrollment Requirement: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
