TLJ Law Offices is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough research in civil, commercial, arbitration, taxation, and criminal law matters.
- Drafting & Documentation: Assist in drafting pleadings, agreements, notices, and other legal documents.
- Court Appearances: Attend hearings and tribunal proceedings under the guidance of senior lawyers.
- Client Interaction: Provide updates, address client queries, and support relationship management.
- Case Preparation: Assist in preparing briefs, case files, and ensure compliance with court timelines.
- Legal Strategy: Collaborate on case strategy, evidence review, and tactical recommendations.
Eligibility
- Strong foundation in civil, commercial, arbitration, and taxation law.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting accurate documents.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with court procedures and client management practices.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
