Details of the Job/Internship

The firm TPM Solicitors & Consultants is inviting applications for Legal Associates to join its International Trade Remedies practice. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Work with a team handling trade remedial measures and related matters.
• Conduct legal and economic research on trade remedy laws and WTO frameworks.
• Assist in investigations before DGTR and other authorities.
• Prepare draft submissions, responses, and case documentation.
• Coordinate with domestic and international clients.
• Support senior associates and partners in strategy formulation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent qualification.
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Interest in international trade law and policy.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi.
• Freshers or candidates with relevant experience may apply.

Salary/Stipend
