Details of the Job/Internship
TPM Solicitors & Consultants are looking for a dedicated Legal Associate to join our South Delhi office. The role involves legal research, drafting legal documents, addressing trade and policy-related issues, and assisting in case preparation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, submissions, and reports for trade investigations.
- Conduct legal research on trade, anti-dumping, safeguards, and subsidy-related matters.
- Analyze laws, regulations, and trade policies relevant to client cases.
- Assist senior lawyers in preparing for hearings and case presentations.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional professionals (lawyers, accountants, technocrats) for case strategy.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or related field.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to address complex legal and policy issues.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
