Details of the Job/Internship
Traya is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, Review, Negotiating, and finalizing business agreements (vendor contracts, NDA, MOUs, Marketing Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Tech related Agreements, Supply Chain Agreements, Admin Agreements, Employment Agreements, lease deeds, affidavits, POA and all forms of legal arrangements.
- Drafting legal notices, representation letters to regulators, consumers, or any third party.
- Advisory legal support to the business team for the various business functions Would be good to have knowledge of pharma-related laws and regulations as well as e-commerce laws and regulations.
- Coordinating with external counsel and authorities concerning legal and compliance matters, conveying advice and opinions received from external sources to internal stakeholders.
- Oversight of the organization's Intellectual Property portfolio.
- Staying abreast of laws and regulations.
- Reviewing and revising Company policies and processes to align with legal and statutory requirements.
- Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and creating workflows, playbooks, and trackers to enhance team processes.
- Overseeing overall legal and secretarial compliance for the organization and its subsidiaries.
Eligibility
- Qualified LLB having excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Exceptional leadership, and mentoring skills.
- Working Knowledge of the above-mentioned applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations (on a need basis).
- Paper drafting.
