Details of the Job/Internship

TreeVeda Foods is hiring a Legal Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate legal affairs to join their office in Mohali on a part-time or contractual basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts, MoUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Handle legal documentation related to investments, board resolutions, and statutory filings.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings or respond to legal notices.
• Coordinate with external legal consultants when required.
• Ensure compliance with local and national laws.
• Keep the management informed about changes in legal and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal advisory or in-house counsel.
• Strong knowledge of Indian commercial, labor, and contract law.
• Experience in the FMCG or startup sector is a plus.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Based in or willing to work from Mohali, Punjab.

Salary/Stipend
