Details of the Job/Internship
Trendsetters Infoservices is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate directly with OEMs to address licensing, compliance, and copyright issues.
- Liaise with associate law firms to provide necessary support for enforcement and litigation.
- Draft, review, and dispatch legal notices specifically related to copyright infringement.
- Engage in compliance discussions and lead settlement negotiations with customers.
- Maintain comprehensive case trackers to monitor progress.
- Provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders regarding legal matters.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of copyright law and intellectual property rights.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for customer engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple legal cases and maintain accurate trackers.
