Details of the Job/Internship

Trifecta Projects is hiring a Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience to support its real estate legal functions in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review indemnity and liability clauses.
• Develop insurance clauses for physical assets.
• Prepare and standardize lease agreements, landlord agreements, and service agreements.
• Structure agreements with brokers and vendors.
• Issue and manage notices to payment defaulters.
• Conduct due diligence and verify legal documentation for properties and contracts.
• Coordinate with government entities for registrations, verifications, and filings.
• Handle legal formalities for property sales.
• Create clauses to protect capital investments in enterprise office spaces.
• Safeguard rights in the event of property resale or lease nullification.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution. Knowledge of reading and writing Kannada will be an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
