Details of the Job/Internship

Trigent Software Inc. is hiring a legal associate to join them in Bengaluru office. 

Role and Responsibilities

Work on Contract Management System called iCertis/ICM under the guidance of Risk Team & Legal Team and complete the Obligation abstraction activities for standard 46 pre-defined clauses for the IT related contracts which are in Executed state. It involves reviewing the contract documents which include Amendments/ Exhibit/Annex/Appendix to identify and outline essential terms, conditions, obligations, rights, timelines, and essential clauses.

Eligibility

• LLB
• PQE: 0-2 years.
