Details of the Job/Internship
Truenex Aabsolute Insolvency Resolutions LLP is hiring a Legal Associate to join its office in Nagpur. This is a full-time, on-site role involving review of legal documents, legal research, drafting of legal documentation, providing legal counsel, assisting with compliance matters, liaising with clients, supporting litigation processes, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure adherence to legal requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal and case law research.
- Draft legal documents and related submissions.
- Provide legal counsel on assigned matters.
- Assist with compliance-related issues.
- Liaise with clients and support litigation processes.
Eligibility
- Strong skills in legal research, legal drafting, and case law analysis.
- Proficiency in contract review, compliance monitoring, and legal documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Prior experience in the legal field or in insolvency matters preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate and insolvency law.
