Details of the Job/Internship

UNGENDER is looking for a candidate for the position of Associate - Legal Documentation & Research (POSH) with 1 to 2 years of experience to join them in remote setting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Writes with precision,
• Reads the law like it matters,
• Thinks through complexity,
• And is either already in love with POSH or is hoping to fall, hard. 

Eligibility

• Strong legal writing and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with the POSH Act, 2013.
• Diligent, patient, and committed to quality.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships count).
• Willingness to learn deeply and stay with the process.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
