Unison Education and Research Foundation is hiring a Legal Associate for its Dehradun office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle civil legal matters and ongoing legal cases.
• Draft, review, and vet contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal advisory and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage legal correspondence and documentation.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Independently manage filings and related procedural requirements.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Law from a reputed university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Business Law, Contract Law, and Civil Law.
• Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience in legal advisory and compliance functions.
• Prior experience in education, corporate, or institutional setup preferred.
• Candidates from Uttarakhand or those planning long-term stay in Uttarakhand only.

Salary/Stipend
