Details of the Job/Internship
Urbanblocks Realty is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Hyderabad. The role seeks an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in the real estate sector, strong expertise in property documentation, RERA processes, and a sound understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, vet, and finalise property-related documents, agreements, and legal reports.
- Handle RERA filings, compliance, documentation, and related processes.
- Conduct due diligence on land, residential, and commercial properties across Hyderabad.
- Coordinate with internal teams, builders, external counsel, and government offices for legal clearances.
- Draft sale agreements, MoUs, indemnity bonds, and other legal documents.
- Maintain and update legal records, approvals, and compliance documents.
- Provide legal support for registrations, title searches, and dispute resolution.
- Stay updated with changes in real estate laws, registrations, and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognised institution.
- 2+ years of real estate legal experience (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market and local regulations.
- Experience with RERA processes and documentation.
- Excellent document review, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
