Details of the Job/Internship
Urbanblocks Realty is hiring a Legal Associate – Real Estate with 2+ years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review, vet, and finalize property-related documents, agreements, and legal reports.
- Handle RERA filings, compliance, documentation, and related procedures.
- Conduct due diligence on land, residential, and commercial properties across Hyderabad.
- Coordinate with internal teams, builders, external counsel, and government authorities for legal clearances.
- Draft sale agreements, MoUs, indemnity bonds, and other legal documents.
- Maintain and update legal records, approvals, and compliance documents.
- Provide legal support for registrations, title searches, and dispute resolution.
- Stay updated with real estate laws, registrations, and regulatory developments.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of real estate legal experience (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market and local regulations.
- Experience with RERA processes and documentation.
- Strong drafting, document review, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
