Urna is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents while addressing legal issues and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents.
- Address legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Provide legal advice and interpret legal information.
- Conduct legal research and document preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.
- Manage multiple legal matters effectively.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of law and handling legal issues.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in real estate law and regulatory compliance is a plus.
