Utkrishtha Law Offices is hiring for the position of Legal Associate with post-qualification experience of 2 years.

Role and Responsibilities

The position requires working on various aspects of litigation practice before the District Courts, various Tribunals, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. This includes researching, preparing briefs, drafting various legal documents, and conducting effective as well as non-effective appearances before the Courts or Tribunals.

Eligibility

• The ideal candidate must possess exceptional abilities in conducting thorough research and drafting legal documents.
• It is expected that he can create and finalize drafts without any assistance.
• The candidate must have a strong understanding of various laws including CPC, Negotiable Instruments Act, Commercial Courts Act, Telecom and Broadcasting Laws, IBC, Companies Act and other related laws.
