Details of the Job/Internship

Vardhman Trusteeship Private Limited is hiring a Legal Associate (Executive – Legal & Compliance) to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and law firms, draft and vet transaction documents for secured/unsecured borrowings.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI Debenture Trustee Regulations, LODR, IRDS, and related laws.
• Execute and close transaction and security documents.
• Confirm Conditions Precedent and Subsequent as per transaction terms.
• Maintain custody of transaction and title documents and issue confirmations.
• Monitor charged securities and ensure compliance with financial covenants.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliances and share updates with teams.
• Provide prompt and efficient client servicing.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and acquire product knowledge.
