Details of the Job/Internship

Vasu Law Firm is looking for a candidate for the position of Legal Associate to join them at their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include providing legal consulting services, drafting and preparing legal documents, managing legal issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• The chosen candidate will also provide support in conducting legal analysis and collaborate with various teams to address legal matters.

Eligibility

• Expertise in Law and Legal Issues.
• Experience in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation, Sebi, Rera,
• Commercial Court Act, Negotiable Instrument Act,
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple legal cases effectively.
• Ability to work on-site and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or higher qualification in legal studies.
• Read and understand Gujarati launguage { READ GUJARATI DOCS}.
• Prior experience in legal fields will be an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
