Details of the Job/Internship

Vector Legal is hiring a Legal Associate well-versed in Gujarati (spoken and written) with experience in lower court and commercial court proceedings.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle and appear independently before lower courts and commercial courts.
• Conduct proceedings in civil suits, matters under the Negotiable Instruments Act, commercial litigations, and execution proceedings.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and submissions.
• Represent clients before the High Court of Gujarat as required.

Eligibility

• Proficiency in Gujarati (spoken and written).
• Extensive experience in independently handling lower court and commercial court matters.
• Good drafting and analytical skills.
