Details of the Job/Internship
Veltris is hiring a Legal Associate with 2–3 years of experience to join its team in Hyderabad. The role involves supporting business development and legal functions by handling contract drafting and review, advising on legal risks and compliance, collaborating with sales teams, and supporting dispute resolution and proposal-related activities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and partnership agreements.
- Advising on contract terms, legal risks, and compliance requirements.
- Supporting the resolution of legal disputes and claims.
- Collaborating with sales teams to enable smooth client engagements.
- Ensuring proposals and contracts comply with legal and company standards.
- Managing a centralised legal contract repository.
- Supporting business development initiatives including market research, proposal preparation, and account planning.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Two to three years of experience in contract drafting and contract management.
- Experience in IT services, in-house roles, or corporate environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
