Details of the Job/Internship
VERTEXLEGAL LLP is hiring a Legal Associate with experience of to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage a range of legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and in dispute resolution proceedings.
- Participate in arbitration, mediation, and conciliation matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide effective legal solutions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent) with professional legal certification and enrollment with a recognized Bar Council.
- Strong knowledge of Constitutional Law, Corporate/Company Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, and other legal domains.
- Proficiency in legal document preparation, drafting, review, and management.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
- Familiarity with dispute resolution practices, including arbitration, mediation, and conciliation.
- Prior work experience in a law firm or relevant legal practice is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting.
