Details of the Job/Internship
Vertico BPO & LPO Services is hiring a Legal Associate with experience e of 1 to 2 years to join their office in Greater Hyderabad Area.
- Work Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (Mon-Fri)
- Area of Law: Housing - Property Litigation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Client contact and client care.
- Taking client instructions, statements, and day-to-day handling of casework matters.
- Providing advice and assistance to the law of England and Wales.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
- Drafting English-based legal documents, including statements and applications.
- Assisting with case management, file management,t and maintaining documentation on the company’s case management system.
- Instructing experts for medical reports & other reports in support of the client’s case.
- Communicating with clients, lawyers/supervisors to ensure smooth case progression.
- Recording of time spent and evidencing work done per Company case management procedures.
Eligibility
- A strong academic background with a Bachelor’s / master's degree in law.
- Experience as a legal associate or legal advisor.
- Strong English proficiency, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills to work effectively with all types of people.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and ability to use own initiative but know when to seek guidance.
- Committed team player, self -motivated and professional.
- Excellent IT Skills -familiar with Microsoft Office applications and document management skills.
